Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with license.
- At least 5 years of work experience gained in industrial plant involving in maintenance, projects and improvements.
- Knowledgeable in food industry standard procedure and protocols.
- Knowledgeable on the following equipment: (Proctor Dryers, Fluidized Dryers, Steam Blanchers, Coconut Grinders, Rotex Screeners, Vertical Spray Dryers, Centrifugal & Mono Pumps, Homogenizer, Blowers, Pulverizers, Kettle & Blenders, Air compressors, Water chillers, Ice-builders, Water softeners, Reverse Osmosis, Cooling towers, & etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Power Plant operations (Steam Generation & Power Generation) and maintenance. Ability to interpret P&ID.
- Knowledgeable in hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, Welding and Fabrication
- Experience in Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.
