**Location:** Greater New York City Metropolitan Area (Project Location Varies)

**Status:** Part Time as Needed

**Client:** Varies

**Compensation:** $45hr - $55/hr Based on Certification & Experience

**Mechanical Inspector Role Overview**

The Mechanical Inspector provides specialized inspection, verification, and testing oversight for mechanical and HVAC systems on Building & Infrastructure projects throughout the Greater New York City Metropolitan Area. This role supports both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs in accordance with 1 RCNY §101-06, Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code, the International Building Code (IBC), and applicable Mechanical Code and Energy Code requirements, as required by each project.
