Mechanical Lead and Maintenance

**Job Description Summary**
The Mechanical Team Lead is responsible for managing a team that covers all aspects of Mechanical Maintenance on the Power plant and ensuring safety, reliable and efficient plant operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide leadership to the mechanical maintenance team in the day-to-day maintenance activities
+ Develop, supervise and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities
+ Execute work order through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and co-ordinate within the team for job completion and technical matters
+ Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work and material handling
+ Manage site EHS compliance activities (EHS KPI’ s, inspections, training, monitoring, sampling, etc.)
+ Utilize site EMS system (Gensuite) to record and track site EHS activities (training, incident reporting, incident investigation, etc.)
