Key Responsibilities:
Guide and manage a team of mechanical engineers.
Suggest design modifications to enhance cost-effectiveness, streamline construction timelines, and improve quality standards.
Demonstrate strong commercial insight.
Supervise construction activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship and material quality.
Collaborate with contract managers, site engineers, and other discipline leaders to provide accurate and timely information to subcontractors and site staff.
