Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

One of our clients, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is looking for a Mechanically Biased Building Services Engineer to work within a High-Profile Building based in London W6 with a start date of 02/09/24.

Job details:

1. Qualifications: City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
2. Static site in London W6
3. PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as: AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe Work, Gaskets, Heating systems, steam, Calorifiers & HVAC.
4. Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services.
5. Have own hand tools for the job, safety boots, and tidy blues/blacks.
6. Working hours: Monday - Friday with an immediate start.
7. This is a temporary position for 4 weeks +
8. Pay Rate: £22.00
