The opportunity:

As the Mechanical Maintenance Fitter reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work in a full-time permanent role, at our Visy Board, Wiri Site. You will work closely with maintenance and production operations teams to lead initiatives in reducing plant downtime by conducting preventative mechanical maintenance activities, immediate breakdown repairs, and providing general fixed-plant mechanical maintenance as required throughout the plant. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Trouble shooting, machine inspections and attending to repairs and breakdowns.
• Carry out routine checks and planned maintenance to preserve efficiency of machines.
