Mechanical Maintenance Junior Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to prevent breakdowns.
• Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., LOTO, OSHA) and environmental regulations
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Summary:

• Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring check sheets for important gearbox and machines.
• Conducts scheduled mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance activities on different machines.
• Conducts troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment.
• Services and repairs defective mechanical parts.
• Implement machine modification and improvement based on the plan.
