Position Summary: Maintaining the buildings so they function in a quality manner. Completing all work in a timely manner according to the clients’ requirements and making necessary repairs on buildings and equipment.
Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration 
Effectively communicates with external vendors and contractors as applicable to request quotes and/or complete projects
Learn and perform routine and non-routine duties independently to execute with minimal guidance
Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions
Keep abreast of current developments and trends in professional area
Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job
Demonstrate and maintain awareness of innovations and progress in respective field(s)
Assist with projects in a timely manner
