Mechanical Manager (M&E Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for an well-established M&E Contractor (MNC Company)
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Mechanical works.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently.
• Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
• Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
