Job Description
Department: Production / Manufacturing / R&D
Manage and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
Monitor equipment and processes to minimize downtime and maximize output.
Implement lean manufacturing practices and support continuous improvement projects.
Implement process monitoring and control systems to maintain product consistency.
Work closely on QA/QC section to ensure all products meet quality standards
Use SolidWorks and other CAD tools to design/modify parts.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation of new designs.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and improve products and production tooling.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and production reports.
