Plumbers – Rochester, Kent.
4Site Recruitment are currently seeking on behalf of our client experienced JIB Plumbers to join a long-term commercial to residential conversion project in the Rochester area.
Project Overview:
Conversion of an existing commercial building into 102 residential units , with commercial/business spaces, retained education/community areas, plus associated works including car parking, external alterations, and solar panel installation.

Duration: Ongoing (approx. 14 months)

Hours: 8am–5pm (9 hours paid)

Rate: £220–£240 per day , dependent on experience

Location: Rochester, Kent. (site based near Chatham station)

Requirements: JIB card (mandatory, gold or black card bonus), Minimum 5 years experience, own tools, able to provide 2 recent references.
