Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager

Overview

I am seeking a Mechanically biased Manager who is looking to step into a preconstruction lead position. I am working on behalf of a multi-disciplined, design and build mechanical services specialist, who have been operating for over 30 years.

Salary: £70,000 + £30K Bonus (OTE circa £100,000) Plus Personal Bonus

Location: West London (Hybrid Working)

Project values: £50k - £3m mechanical only (commercial sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation by gathering key information, coordinating technical input and ensuring submission deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison for key clients during all preconstruction activity, maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
