Mechanical Process Engineer

Job Description

Responsible to implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes as well as to ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts.

• Aim to achieve Value Stream KPIs such as relative utilization, internal defect cost by continuously improving other supporting KPIs such as FOR and technical downtime.
• New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, installation on production environment.
• Develop procedures and instructions for technical processes.
• Develop material to train process technicians.
• Develop maintenance plans for equipment focused on preventive, predictive and corrective approaches.
• Align all engineering efforts with the corresponding Value Stream main KPIs.
• Develop procedures, instructions, and training material for TPM.
