Job Purpose: this role will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing all mechanical maintenance systems and practices during the commissioning and early operational phases of the carbon black greenfield project. This short-term role ensures mechanical reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment by developing maintenance strategies, supervising contractors, and coordinating with project and operations teams. The position is critical in transitioning the facility from construction to stable operations, minimizing downtime, and embedding best practices for long-term asset integrity.
