This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee mechanical aspects of project delivery within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £(phone number removed) mixed use scheme comprising of 190 apartments, 15 commercial units and 2 energy centres, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
