Mechanical Project Manager – HVAC & Plumbing (ICI Construction)

Our client, a well‑established Mechanical Contractor with a team of 30 including in‑house installation crews, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing scopes on new‑build commercial and institutional projects .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, understands mechanical systems deeply, and can confidently manage drawings, scope, costing, and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC and plumbing installations on ICI new‑build projects
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements
• Perform take‑offs, cost assessments, and assist with estimating extras and change orders
• Prepare and issue RFIs, track responses, and ensure design clarity for field teams
