Mechanical Project Manager

Manages a team of engineers, supervisors, CAD operators, site office staff and workers in executing projects.

Develops work schedules and makes work assignments to project staffs, establishes priorities, reviews and adjusts schedules to meet project requirements.

Maintains accurate reports of contract work and other assigned activities, reviews progress, accomplishment or completion reports, purchase requests, requisitions, and reports of claims against general contractor or the clients.

Conducts meeting and discussion with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to oversee the entire engineering and construction project to ensure timely completion while upholding good quality and safety records.

Works with engineers and consultants on project planning, preparation, scheduling and execution of contracts.
