Overview

RMF Engineering, Inc. a national engineering firm, is currently seeking aMechanical Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer with proven experience designing HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing mechanical systems in the higher education, public safety, municipal and/or healthcare market sectors for our growing Charlotte, NC office.

Position Description

The Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer will lead and work as part of the Division’s design team in all facets of higher education and healthcare building engineering. The Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer will develop and manage all aspects of complex design projects involving mechanical and electrical systems, including:

• Lead and grow mechanical design teams.
• Develop project proposals, project plans, manpower plans, budgets, schedules, negotiate fees, change orders, contracts, and overall QA/QC management.
