Our client, a well-established and expanding building services contractor, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Chelmsford and will primarily involve overseeing all mechanical services within the commercial and retail sectors . As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the role to develop and expand into additional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of mechanical services across multiple commercial and retail projects
• Overseeing project planning, coordination, budgeting, and scheduling
