Job Duties / General Requirements
The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing teams of superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality commercial HVAC and plumbing projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with upper management to align with Tebarco Mechanical’s strategic goals, driving profitability and operational excellence.
Develop proactive solutions to address potential challenges before they impact project success.
Analyze bid documents to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures prior to project commencement.
