Mechanical Prototype Engineer

Our client is currently looking for a Mechanical Prototype Engineer

This person will serve two critical functions:

Project Mentor: Directly oversee Mechanical Engineering interns as they execute a Proof of Concept (POC) for a camera hardware solution designed for retail bays.

Program Architect: Help define the formal requirements and infrastructure for a scalable Mechanical Engineering internship program.


The Ideal Candidate:


We are looking for someone with an academic background (current or former faculty/Ph.D.) who also has boots on the ground experience with hardware prototyping and testing. They need to be as comfortable reviewing CAD files as they are designing a curriculum.


Key Responsibilities:
