Mechanical QA Engineer

Phils. Power-Tech Consultancy Services Corp. is looking for a highly experienced Mechanical QA Engineer to join our team in Mariveles, Bataan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Level: 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) specifically for mechanical works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that installation and fabrication activities adhere to project specifications and international standards (ASME, ASTM, etc.).
• Monitor and witness various tests, including pressure testing, hydro-testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Manage the documentation of all quality-related activities, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and material receiving inspections.
