Mechanical Section Head

The Plant Mechanical Section Head is responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing all mechanical engineering and maintenance activities within the plant. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment to support the uninterrupted production of high‑quality, cost‑effective electrical wires and cables. The position ensures compliance with maintenance standards, supports continuous improvement, and contributes to achieving production targets and delivery schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Professional licensure (Mechanical Engineer) is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial plants.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, hydraulics...
