It is the kind of scheme that needs proper site leadership, strong coordination and someone who can keep standards high while works move at pace. You will not be there to simply observe progress and update someone else's paperwork. You will be there to drive the mechanical delivery on site, keep subcontractors moving, maintain quality, and make sure the programme is being protected day to day.
