We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the Night Shift to ensure smooth and safe execution of overnight construction activities in data center projects. The role requires strong field presence, safety vigilance, and reliable reporting for day shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead nightly supervision of construction works, verifying adherence to technical requirements and safety protocols.
• Monitor subcontractors performing work under limited visibility and ensure installation quality and site integrity.
• Facilitate communication across shifts by preparing detailed handover reports for day teams.
