About The Role
A Mechanical Sourcing Engineer identifies, evaluates, and manages suppliers to procure cost-effective, high-quality mechanical components and materials for product development, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include performing market research, negotiating contracts, building strong supplier partnerships, and collaborating with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to optimize the supply chain and mitigate risks.

What You Will Do
Locating new and existing suppliers, assessing their capabilities, and verifying their ability to meet product, cost, and quality requirements.
Collaborating with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, evaluate technical proposals, and ensure purchased items meet design specifications.
