Job Description
Lead mechanical operations as a Mechanical Supervisor. Ensure the reliability and safety of mill processing through effective maintenance leadership on a rotational schedule.
You will be responsible for coordinating and leading all mechanical maintenance efforts to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves mentoring trades personnel, managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, and promoting adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. You will also identify areas for improvement and facilitate continuous development within the maintenance team.
