Salary: $21- $26/hr DOE

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpretation of internal and client requirements
+ Supervising allocated staff and being responsible for the day to day management of the relevant discipline
+ Operating complex mechanical testing equipment
+ Maintaining accurate and systematic records
+ Performing other duties to fulfil the demands of the laboratory
+ Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system
+ Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment
+ Report writing, data interpretation and analysis
