Mechanical Technician

Job Purpose

Mechanical Technician will support technicians and mechanics in the repair and maintenance of marine outboard engines. The role involves assisting with mechanical tasks, maintaining tools and inventory, ensuring workshop cleanliness, and learning marine engine repair practices while contributing to efficient service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist technicians and mechanics in marine engine repair and maintenance activities, including disassembly and assembly of engine components.
2. Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently during repair operations.
3. Organize and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment; ensure timely restocking and proper storage.
4. Clean and prepare engine components, tools, and work areas by removing grease, oil, and debris.
5. Support setup, maintenance, and cleaning of workshop equipment to ensure proper functioning.
