Mechatronic Project Lead

Role purpose
The Mechatronic Project Lead manages capital and operational projects related to automated machinery, material-handling systems, and electronic control systems. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of technologies that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability, including PLC systems, autonomous vehicles, and remote-controlled machinery.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
Minimum 8 years of work experience
Minimum 8 years' experience in Mining
3 years's experience working in a similar role
Advantageous:
Certification in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
