MDT Foods cc t/a MDT Technical Placements is seeking to employ a young enthusiastic automation system integrator to be located at their Head Office based in Brackenfell, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the project planning team to formulate practical project solutions and project roll out timelines.
2. Assist with control panel layouts, electrical circuit designs, electrical schematics and electrical drawings.
3. Carrying out the coding and integration of programmable logic controllers into various project panels including motor control (variable speed drives) panels, irrigation automation panels and other automation control panels.
4. In-house post panel production testing and setup.
5. Assisting the team of system installers (electricians and technicians) with on-site installation, programming, setup and commissioning of projects throughout Southern Africa.
