**Job Title:** Mechatronics Technician III – Lead Mechanical Machine Builder

**Location:** Bradenton, Fl

**Compensation:** $28–$32/hr (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

**About the Role**
We are seeking highly skilled Mechanical/Mechatronics to join our growing team of assembly experts. In this senior-level role, you’ll be assembling, debugging, and commissioning custom automated and packaging machinery from the ground up—no maintenance or repetitive work. You will serve as a hands-on builder, technical resource, and mentor, driving innovation on our manufacturing floor.

**Key Duties**

+ Machine Assembly


+ Independently build complex machines from scratch per company standards
+ Assemble frames, mechanical stations, sub-assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, and motion control systems.
+ Redline drawings, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate closely with engineering.
