MED Engineer

• Provide Engineering support to Production on all activities in terms of quality, productivity and scrap improvement. Conducts extensive evaluations in relation to internal product quality issues and/or customer claims. Prepare and implement strategies for yield improvement.
• Conduct an appropriate experiment to confirm that the proposed solution to the problem is both effective and efficient.
• Conduct evaluation, investigations and series of studies on the 4Ms of Manufacturing Operation (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to achieve a significant impovement on fall out rate, scrap cost, initial yield and in line related quality issues.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/certification in electronics, mechanical, or related course.
• Hands-on manufacturing or NPI support experience.
• Knowledge in Spindle motor manufacturing is an edge.
• 8D Method and problem solving.
