Media Buyer

We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the dashboards, understands unit economics, and can turn spend into predictable growth.

You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, testing, and optimization across search, display, YouTube, and paid social. No babysitting. You're expected to think, test, and ship.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end paid media execution on
  Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
  and
  Meta (FB/IG)
• Build and manage campaigns from scratch, including structure, targeting, bidding, and budgets
• Continuously test creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Optimize toward real business outcomes: CAC, ROAS, LTV, pipeline, revenue
