Media buyer — performance marketing (onsite)(d2c and lead gen)

Per4mance Guru is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Delhi. We run paid media for D2 C brands, B2 B companies, and lead gen businesses across India, UAE, and the US. We're obsessed with outcomes — not just impressions — and we use AI tools to think sharper and move faster. We're looking for a sharp media buyer who can own campaigns, not just execute them.
What you'll do
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Linked In — primarily for lead generation clients
Build and test audience strategies, ad structures, and bidding setups from scratch
Analyse performance data and translate it into clear actions — not just observations
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad concepts, especially on Meta
Manage client-level reporting — know your numbers cold, own the narrative
Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously — staying organized and accountable
