Media Buyer

Job Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership

• Own campaign setup, structure, and optimization across Meta (TikTok/Google a plus)
• Ensure ad naming conventions are followed
• Ensure tracking, pixels, and events are firing correctly before and after launches
• Flag account-level risks (spend spikes, learning resets, rejection patterns)
• Ensure campaigns meet launch standards before going live (tracking, naming, budgets, creative alignment)

Daily Performance & Optimization

• Monitor and optimize active campaigns daily (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM, delivery health, etc.).
• Be accountable for hitting agreed CPA, ROAS, spend, and other targets as we scale
• Flag risks early and propose corrective actions when performance deviates
• Make real-time decisions on scaling, pausing, and budget reallocation.
• Manage pacing to hit daily and monthly spend targets.
