Role Overview

The Mobile Home Guys is hiring a Full-Time Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising primarily across Meta (Facebook + Instagram). Your job is straightforward: generate consistent, qualified seller leads and continuously improve cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates.

This is a performance-based role for someone who understands direct response marketing and knows how to adapt fast when platforms shift.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management (Primary)

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in:
• Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
• Manage full funnel performance including:
• Campaign structure, targeting, bid strategy, and scaling decisions
• Lead forms + landing page flows (depending on funnel setup)
• Retargeting and follow-up strategy coordination when needed

• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Lead quality
