Media & Podcast Distribution Specialist

NeoWork is seeking a Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist to support our growing content production and distribution team. In this role, you'll need to focus on managing multiple podcast workflows efficiently while ensuring quality and consistency across platforms. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting the content production and distribution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive
• Upload and schedule podcast content through our social media distribution platform, Ordinal
• Research and accurately tag podcast guests' social media profiles in Ordinal
• Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube
• Use Canva to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode
