• Monitor online news and social media conversations about the client, its competitors, and the industry.
• Provide timely alerts to the client of potential reputational risks.
• Manage and maintain the accuracy and organization of media monitoring data, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage for efficient analysis to support reputation management initiatives.
• Deliver end‑of‑day listening activity reports and facilitate calls to ensure seamless shift handovers.
• Assist in gathering relevant data for reputation analysis and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
