Job Description

 Responsibilities Managing and nurturing Top1 sales revenue team in a leading company in Taiwan (belong to a world-class group).
 P&L owner, the profitable running of business to ensure sales and financial targets are achieved.
 Be responsible for strategically developing the business, aligning to both group and regional resources to provide tailor-made services.
 Develop an annual business strategy and budget with market leads.
 Keep and unveil existing clients and potential business leads, ensuring new business growth, account management through partnership.
 Ensuring key metrics and goals are exceeded on a monthly/quarterly basis to drive business success.
 Review financial statements to check progress or revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions and challenges.
 Solid engagement with clients including CSR, ESG, green energy and relevant connection.
