Job Title: Media Technology Support Engineer Location: LATAM (Remote) Mode: Contract / FTE Role Summary Provide technical support for cloud-based media encoding, transcoding, and content delivery systems. Troubleshoot video, audio, and subtitle processing issues while ensuring platform performance, quality, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Support media encoding and transcoding workflows Troubleshoot video, audio, subtitle, and content delivery issues Work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) Monitor and respond to tickets via JIRA and Slack Create documentation and runbooks after RCA Collaborate with engineering and operations teams Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of video containers (MOV, MXF, MP4, MPEG-TS) Understanding of codecs (H.264, H.265, ProRes, MPEG2, AAC, AC3) Experience with subtitles/caption formats (SRT, TTML, SCC etc.) Hands-on Linux or Windows Server experience Cloud experience (AWS preferred) JSON/XML editing and API usage Experience in media/OTT/br...
