**Supervised responsibilities may include**

+ Serve as a support contact for basic technical and medical inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, under supervision.
+ Assist in handling queries from healthcare professionals, researchers, field teams, and internal departments such as Medical, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Quality Assurance.
+ Support the process of researching scientific information to help prepare accurate responses to medical or technical requests.
+ Collaborate with the Medical Director, Senior Medical Advisor, and Global Medical Affairs teams on daily activities and ongoing projects.
+ Assist in literature searches, monitoring new scientific publications relevant to company products, and preparing summaries for internal use.
