Medical Affairs Specialist

Role Objectives

The WEP Clinical Medical Affairs Specialist collaborates with the Medical Affairs department and other operational teams to ensure the highest standards of ethical and scientific rigor in the execution of all projects. The Specialist serves as the primary support to Medical Managers and Medical Directors in clinical trials and early access programs, providing scientific support, medical data collection and analysis, and facilitating activities such as medical monitoring, pharmacovigilance, site selection, study document development, and home‑health and virtual solutions services. The position integrates multiple functions to support the Medical Affairs department in a broad spectrum of activities.
