Position: Medical Assistant II – Remote Patient Monitoring (On-Site) Location: Ballard Center, Augusta, ME Schedule: 40 hours | Full-time Shift: Days
What You'll Do:
Clinical Responsibilities

+ Gather and document patient data received through remote patient monitoring programs.

+ Monitor incoming patient information and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.

+ Assist patients with remote monitoring equipment setup and usage.

+ Troubleshoot remote patient monitoring devices and resolve basic technical issues.

+ Communicate patient concerns or abnormal findings to the appropriate clinical team members.
