 Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support daily clinic operations, ensure efficient patient flow, and provide high-quality assistance to care teams. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, with opportunities to train new staff and serve as a backup to clinic supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesReport daily productivity and utilization.Monitor patient flow, including wait times, and escalate urgent issues to clinic management.Cover breaks and lunches as needed.Support medical assistants during staff shortages.Sign off individual skills on MA competency checklists.Monitor attendance and performance, providing feedback to supervisors or managers.Train new hires and externship students.Coordinate with clinic management during audits and lead corrective actions.Assist with office and medical supply inventory management.Act as a super user and trainer for electronic health records.Coordinate assignments with ...
