Medical Assistant Paid Training Program

**Description**



The Medical Assistant (MA) training program (Medical Assistant-Registered to Medical Assistant-Certified) is structured to include the following components:



+ **Clinical Practice:** The MA is required to complete 720 hours of clinical practice under the supervision of an MA Preceptor.

+ **Coursework:** There are 180 hours of coursework in partnership with Stepful that must be completed virtually on your own time. This coursework is unpaid.

+ **Internal Skills Labs:** The MA must participate in internal skills labs, which are essential for hands-on practice and skill development.

+ **Additional MA Training Activities:** Participation in all other required MA training activities is mandatory.
