Medical Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Medical Assistant
to support our
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
program. This role focuses on reviewing patient biometric data, documenting findings, and preparing medical reports for provider review. The position is fully remote and works closely with U.S.-based clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor daily RPM data (blood pressure, glucose, pulse oximetry, weight, heart rate, etc.)
• Identify abnormal readings and flag them according to established clinical protocols
• Document patient data and observations accurately in the EMR/EHR system
• Prepare clear, organized medical summaries and reports for physicians and care teams
• Communicate findings to supervising clinicians as required
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Assist with patient outreach related to missing data or device compliance (if assigned)
