Position: Certified Outpatient Coder (Mid-Level to Senior – End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management)

Job Description:

Purpose

The Certified Outpatient Coder is responsible for accurate outpatient coding and end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for all outpatient services across multiple specialties.

This role requires a certified coding professional with hands-on experience in outpatient services, supporting the full revenue cycle, from benefit verification and authorizations through coding, clean claim submission, AR follow-ups, denial management, appeals, and patient billing, to ensure timely reimbursement, compliance, and financial stability of the practice.

The role works closely with providers, clinical teams, payers, and patients, serving as both a coding expert and RCM partner.
