Medical Biller

We are looking for a Patient Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare billing, insurance follow-ups, and patient collections. You will be responsible for managing patient accounts, handling payment reminders, and ensuring accurate and timely collection of balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances in a professional and courteous manner
• Review and reconcile patient accounts for accuracy
• Post payments and maintain records of transactions
• Coordinate with insurance companies and billing teams for claim status or discrepancies
• Respond to patient inquiries and assist in resolving billing issues
• Meet monthly collection targets and maintain performance metrics

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Patient Collections, Medical Billing, or RCM
