Location: Remote (Open to Philippines, Africa, Latin America)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $4–$6 per hour (depending on experience)

About The Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) medical billing. This role is fully focused on ABA billing operations and requires hands-on experience working with ABA providers or institutions.
If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance companies and patients, and have solid ABA billing expertise, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end ABA medical billing processes
Verify patient insurance eligibility
Process and track prior authorizations
Submit claims and follow up with insurance providers
Resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies
Contact patients to collect and confirm the required billing information
